It is an image processing measurement system which combined the high-speed image equipped with PC processing boards with the line sensor camera of 1024-7500 pixels. It can be used the size measurement, the defect detection, the externals inspection, and to evaluate the image for multipurpose. I will select hardware and software. It is possible to combine with the external control equipment. Moreover, it is possible to use as a image instrumentation and defect detection on the production line and possible to assemble with a special survey instrument and be use as an image reader for the research. |
